This is for a competition, and I need some feedback:
Stol'n Beauty:
T'was once ebullient, jovial, sporting wild green
Full of life known for her matchless beauty,
Yet to whom she entrusted that entity
decimated and enshrouded that boisterous glee
Anguish lashes out in tortured screams, whilst tears streak her barren skin
Despondent, faint whispers of pleas
A mirage, a false sense of hope.
End
Well it is about the earth and how it is wasting away.

I like the poem very much. As for "decimated," it really means "diminished by one-tenth." I think you need "destroyed." This word has really been misused lately.
Very interesting
